If you haven’t bought an Xbox 360 yet…

…there’s no reason to buy one now.

After consumers have held out patiently for new (and better) games, Microsoft presents the same old crap we hated in the 80s. Nobody played “Frogger” and thought, “Man, gaming can never be better than this.”

Consequently, this blog predicts a fast-paced pop punk cover of “Pac Man Fever.”

Ugh.

  1. You are wrong about on thing. I’m a hardcore gamer I would never get it for myself but I enjoy playing Marble Madness or what ever it’s called with my 5 year old son. This will open up some new games he and I can play together.

  2. An even better venue for retrogaming than the Xbox 360 would be Nintendo’s Wii, as Nintendo will allow classic games from the NES, Super Nintendo, N64, and even the Sega Genesis and TurboGrafx-16(rumored), for pay-and-play. Why the better venue? Presumably a larger library. One would presumably prefer playing the NES and Sega Genesis versions of Marble Madness over the Atari ST version if possible.
