How could anyone justify charging victims for the physical evidence-collecting kits of their violent sexual attack? Simple, really: “evidence” is just another word for “souvenir.” You know, like those photos on roller coasters.
So does this mean if McCain wins that she’ll place a mandate on our armed forces that they have to pay for all medical bills resulting from combat? And how often to we get to incorporate the term “rape kit” in an article, great start to the news week.
